I cannot recommend this salon enough. From the moment I walked in. The space felt modern. Chic. Welcoming. Staff so professional. Warm. They made me feel comfortable. I booked a silk press. Blown away by how smooth my hair looked afterward. Shiny. Bouncy. Not to mention I actually leave in 90 min every time! What really stood out was the experience. Not just about getting your hair done. About being pampered (including mimosas and green juice) you are Taken care of. They explained everything they used. Gave tips to keep hair healthy. Pressed Roots is my new go to spot for salon visits in Plano.

I made an appointment for the first time not knowing what to expect with a short window. I went to the salon and it made me feel so feminine. It has very soft pinks and golds. I was warmly greeted upon entrance by the receptionist. She said my stylist Talia will be with me shortly. Soon afterwards I was greeted by my stylist and she was very impressive with her knowledge of products, company services and treatments that would work well with my hair type. She did and amazing job in the 90 minute window we had. My hair was fresh smelling and so healthy after my appointment. Also the products she used were absolutely what I needed. My hair was straight without any frizz for about 3 months! Love this place! Thank you so much Talia and Pressed Roots!

I had such a great experience with Talia at Press Roots! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. What I really appreciated was how kind and professional she was about my hair. My hair has had its struggles, but she never made me feel embarrassed or judged. She didn’t focus on what was “wrong” with it like some stylists do — she simply worked with what she had and made it beautiful. I’m very tenderheaded, and she was so attentive throughout the entire process. She constantly checked in to make sure I wasn’t in pain and adjusted as needed. She also walked me through every step, explaining what she was doing so I always felt informed and at ease. Talia truly went above and beyond. She was patient, gentle, and intentional the whole time. I left feeling cared for and confident. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend her 🤍✨

I highly recommend the Pressd Roots location! The staff is welcoming, and the stylist, Talia that did my hair was the best. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t forget to mention how comfortable I was with her… just an all around great experience. I will definitely book this location and hopefully have Talia as my stylist again.

I just want to say Talia took real good care of me for my first experience at pressed roots! She was very informative and also very welcoming throughout my entire session! She educated me on the products she was using in my hair and also recommendations. She massaged my scalp really well, it was actually really relaxing! I just got a blow out and it still looked amazing and I wore my blow put down for a few days after the appointment and it felt soft. Thank you again Talia! 🤗
